Gladstone, NJ – The United States Equestrian Team (USET) Foundation is thrilled to announce that it has raised more than $140,170 during this year’s “Building for the Future” Giving Day on April 17, surpassing its $110,000 fundraising goal. With extraordinary support from individuals across the country and a generous match from the USET Foundation’s Board of Trustees and National Advisory Committee members, the USET Foundation’s 2025 Giving Day showcased the dedication of the U.S. equestrian sport community.
Funds raised during this year’s Giving Day will support the High Performance Developing Athlete Fund, which fuels US Equestrian (USEF) High Performance Pathway Programs. These programs provide critical training, competition, and educational opportunities for up-and-coming human and horse athletes in the Olympic and Paralympic disciplines.

As the philanthropic partner of USEF, the USET Foundation plays a pivotal role in ensuring that U.S. equestrian athletes have the resources necessary to compete and succeed on the world’s greatest international stages. Grants from the USET Foundation, through philanthropic contributions, go directly to USEF to support its High Performance Programs.
“This Giving Day demonstrated how committed our community is to the future of equestrian sport in this country,” said USET Foundation Executive Director Bonnie B. Jenkins. “Thanks to every individual who gave, shared, and supported, we not only met but exceeded our goal. Your generosity will have a real and lasting impact on our talented rising stars who are working tirelessly with the goal of representing the United States at the highest level.”
“The USET Foundation’s continued support is fundamental to the success of high performance equestrian sport in the United States,” said USEF Director of FEI Sport Hallye Griffin. “Thanks to initiatives like Giving Day, US Equestrian can build stronger pathways to support our athletes as they progress through the high performance programs, while also ensuring our teams remain competitive and successful in international equestrian sport for years to come.”
