Wellington, Florida - January 19, 2010 - USET Foundation Trustees Arlene "Tuny" Page and Kimberly Boyer hosted a Foundation "Cocktails and Conversation" party at the home of Tuny and David Page on January 9th. The chef of the evening, Frédéric Boyer, created culinary works of art for guests to enjoy as they mingled.

Attendees listened as Kim Boyer, Tuny Page, and Bonnie Jenkins, the Foundation's Executive Director, thanked them for their generous support over the years. Boyer explained the idea of the evening "was to have a gathering of people who have been very influential and supportive of our U.S. equestrian teams and the High Performance programs in the past, and to bring everyone together to discuss the plans going forward."

Page thanked those who have given generous donations, promising donors that their "support of this foundation is so thoughtfully allocated to programs - I just want to promise you that we are such careful custodians of your support."

International dressage judge, Anne Gribbons, the new USEF High Performance Dressage Technical Advisor, next spoke. Reflecting on the history of the team, Gribbons announced her intentions to further not only the High Performance programs, but also to strengthen the Young Rider programs, as they are "the future of the sport of dressage."

In closing, Bonnie Jenkins welcomed Gribbons aboard, thanked the Pages and Boyers for their hospitality and generosity, and guests for their continuing commitment to the USET Foundation and our country's elite and developing riders.
