The Amanda Pirie Warrington Fund was established in her memory in 1997 by Amanda's family after her tragic death in a riding accident. The purpose of the Fund is to make an award to provide financial assistance to an individual in the Eventing Developing Rider Program who has been identified as an athlete with great promise and the determination to excel in international competition. The Warrington Fund Committee selects a recipient they believe will benefit from the opportunity to continue their training with top coaches and to compete against the world's best horse and rider combinations in the Olympic sport of Eventing.
